@gleaming sentinel you kinda need to develop your style, ideally record some games and do some stuff:

• focus on improving mechanically, you need to be able to swap targets swiftly or have keys for sap1/2/3 blind1/2/3 and so on
• care your healer status & positioning so that you dont LoS without reason or care
• manage defensives and the most important - positioning - when you are the target, you have power because you dictate positioning, you dont have to be in the middle of the map
• figure out how to shut down some goes : like when warrior pops CDs you disarm and maybe you hold kidney because you expect him to do so - similar to enha etc. You expect those goes and keep your CDs to shut them down
• control healer at key points - especially as assassin you can bleed dps and then shut down healer for long.

So you need to play enough so your buttons are done mechanically and you can have teh chance to focus on what's going on around - when your healer is CCed, when the opponent heler is prime to step-kick or CC and so on

Everytime I got CCed on arena even rooted i have huge fps spikes. I though its probably some kind of outdated addon, but i tried to play turning them off complitly and still have this nonsense. Was asking ppl on arena, lots of players have same problem. I dont have good pc, but it should be enough for arena atleast. I can comfortably playing raids and M+ but its almoust unplayble on arena, i cant react to anything due to fps drops, and since u always stunned/feared/roooted etc it feels like a slideshow.
Cant find anything on google, may be someone here know what causes it to happen? Or ways I can find out what it is.
