They replaced Vendetta with Deathmark but you want to use Deathmark first so that Kingsbane can benefit from your Finish the Job talent

Also Finish the Job is a buff on you not a debuff on the target so if you deathmark somebody and they respond with a defensive you can turn around and Kingsbane somebody else and still get the damage buff from Finish the Job

It's not lacking damage as badly as it did at the beginning of the season though. You can at least have pressure now. But yeah, the biggest problem is lack of killing power. BTE nerf hurts that the most I think.

I always wished that outlaw could get some bad luck protection on our procs like fire mage has, but devs don't seem interested in doing that
