WW monks have a PvP talent called Turbo Fists. It makes it so they have a 100% parry chance while chanelling Fists of Fury (also makes Fists of Fury slow you by 90% for its whole duration). So if you kidney into it directly they'll just parry it. That's probably why youre having a hard time stunning them. So what you need to do is either:

A. Don't kidney during Fists of Fury
B. Vanish/meld and Cheap Shot them if you need to stun them during it (cheap shot cannot be dodged, blocked, or parried)
Or C. Shadowstep>kidney during Fists of Fury (step puts you behind the target and you can't dodge, block, or parry anything from the back)

It's always hard to tell what exactly you are doing wrong off just pure messages, but if you ever record a video of you playing assa I would gladly take a look at it.
My first inital thought would be, that you are trying to make things a bit more coordinated than they need to be in this PvE expansion.

Data tells the story of what is going on . Im just showing the full crime scene .
