Is it better to use honor slow wpn in main hand, keep the gladiator dagger or craft radiance sword (offhand dagger right?)? Also I have sub mastery build with 200 haste, when i switch some stats I reach 561 haste (16%). I could recraft few pieces into more haste if necessary

Take the damage meter for example. Its trash and functionally useless because blizzard doesnt want tools in the game that can give people enough information to flame other players with because that may cause them to get discouraged and unsub. But meters are very popular as a concept. So they had to figure out a way to get rid of them for all intents and purposes while avoiding the backlash from the playerbase for doing so. They figured they can just say theyre implementing a meter to the base UI, make it functionally useless, and then have meters effectively removed while the player base blames incompetence rather than intent
