I feel this. I am definitely just bad (only played sub a lil bit and around 1700 CR) but shuffle feels impossible if I queue into a comp where all other DPS are some combination of ret, devourer, warrior, frost mage, or BM hunter. Every go just gets stopped or isn't enough damage.
