Alright, so for binds they are really really personal. But to make it all easier for yourself get yourself some structure.
Let's say you decide your Kidney Shot should be R, then I would always suggest your focus kidney shot being Shift-R.
If your feint is on T on rogue, then I would suggest putting defensive on T on other classes as well. Always keep a structure.
1-5 for damaging spells is really common and good. The reason I say AI is bad, is because it's telling you to use some of your quickets bind and easiest access to lockpick and such.

I think there was something psychological about it. Like even when people could tell the difference, they've been hard wired to think "red smoke=danger" plus it just looks really dramatic in general.
