Yeah verse is bad compared to haste/crit if we're talking specifically pve.
Currently with the stat squish and being s1 vers has less value for most classes instead of other secondary stats. Not the case for outlaw 100% u can run mostly any build/ stat but u need a decent amount of verse for it to be viable more verse than other classes. its bad because of diminishing returns if you stack purely verse over no crit

You would probably have to still run fatebound for blitz if you want to be competitive. But if you want to be competitive you’d play sub anyway so… just play however you want. Highly depends on what you want your personal experience to be. But no there aren’t any spec specific guides like that really. There’s basic blitz guides, and there’s guides like #outlaw-faq that can tell you how to do damage.
