Sub build (Talents match that of the current top rogue on Murlock.io), almost all gear is mastery-focused (43%/441 Mastery), full honor gear with full enchants/gems towards mastery as well.. Usual methods of attempting to stun/interrupt did nothing because the other team just focuses healing to full and moves on. I tend to lock down a healer and spread dots, then swap if someone is getting low to push them over if it's teamfight, because I can bust out quickly if needed. Make sure your enemy nameplates are up and ideally get Battleground Enemies so you can see where you can quickly be effective. On node maps I either sit or ideally push a node (depending on team comp), and then spin for reinforcements. On CTF maps, I mid-fights until flags are grabbed and then focus on locking/slowing healer train and then nuking whoever is capping
