A few days ago I got the data for the number and max CR of each spec in shuffle. The total number for all players was 47,312.

Of those there were:
3,328 disc priests
3,070 Holy paladins
2,873 Mistweaver Monks
1,905 Resto Druids
1,575 Holy Priests
1,256 Resto Shamans
849 Pres Evokers

That means out of 47,312 players, there were 14,856 healers. Thats 31.4%. Which is almost exactly proportional to the % of each lobby healers are (2/6 so 33.333...%).

It doesnt look like this season is having the healer shortage we're used to shuffle having, for whatever reason.

I played some sub ret yesterday - we met double ret and some nice healer dev/hunter comps and went south with the rating. My friend went holy i logged on my dev dh and we owned almost everyone we faced

Murloc is easiest for gearing/tslents - can just see the aggregates and model after them

Drustvar/check-pvp good for aggregates too

Yeah I think people get too caught up in wanting a definitive “you must do only this” and want it clearly spelt out when really, you gotta do research, and play a lot.. if you see all top 50 take one weapon or talent - prolly safe bet. If it’s mixed, you either know enough to pick yourself, or you start scanning the individual players to get your own conclusions
