Subtlety: Vers>Haste to 600-700>Mastery>Haste
Sub now uses a haste threshold to get more GCDs in Dance and shorten Secret Technique's CD.
Assassination: Vers>Mastery>Haste>Crit
Outlaw: Vers>Haste=/=Crit>Mastery
You likely want to stack at least 20% Haste on Outlaw to lower the GCD during Adrenaline Rush.

I think you are gaining around 10-15% mastery if you drop all haste so you weigh that against an extra global/finisher in dance and haste should come ahead. Tell me if I’m wrong
