You shouldn't die to kingsbane unless youre below 35% hp already so if you are and you see they have kingsbane and just shiv'd you then you need to do something. Cloak, vanish, step your healer, kidney them, etc

But rogues fuck up other rogues in general. Like if we dont prefeint the stun we can just die because they can stun our trinket

Ive won games i should have lost because I kidney>bombed the other rogue while he still has every button, then vanish the instant I kidney him to stun his trinket

And he trinkets, gets insta re-stunned before he can press anything else, and just dies anyway

there are addons that disable the swap to a stealthbar if that is what you are looking for, i.e. bartender. you can also just put abilities for non-stealth on the stealth bar

Playing RMP assa/fire and wondering if there’s a better generic game plan:

Opener go - I CC everything with saps and cheaps while mage polys and combusts.

2nd go - step kidney healer, meld cheap off dps, cheap kill target and kingsbane.

3rd go - if no one has trinketed, step kidney healer, vanish cheap off dps and kill target, send deathmark. Sometimes includes a combust. We may also start this with a vanish cheap healer, cheap off dps, and cheap / kidney kill target.

4th go - someone has probably trinketed so vanish cheap kill target, bomb, kingsbane, cheap again, usually with combust. Maybe a cheap on off dps if they’re in the bomb with us.

I know plans change with RMP but we need a general road map to fall back on unless something crazy happens. Started doing the above at 2k mmr and went 13-7. That said, I’m wondering if there’s something better

That the outcome isn't always good/right is questionable but that's even possible for a human.

ye its all very similar, pvp just has stuns/CC that you'll use much more than pve

some small differences like maybe the target count you'd use FoK over Mut

usually you'd FoK if you can hit 2 or more in pvp, which is typically 3 or more in pve

You don't need that much time. Especially end of season. I did 1800 for the elite set on 5 chars within a day. Just transfer honor for green gear and queue shuffle. Its like 5-10 lobbies max

Hello 👋, In short, even though I stopped playing Shuffle because of a lot of frustration, I’m still really interested in how you’re supposed to play when there are three casters. In my case it’s a Frost Mage, Shadow Priest, and Disc Priest. They have complete control over me and all three of them play spread out from different spots, like a triangle. caster lobbies are a bit tricky, but you might want to try sneaking a kill on the healer with cds and dont chase, play near healer

I usually play goblin because I like their style and all. The racial has some niche use like preventing fall DMG when jumping off the cliff to use a shortcut on Arathi or similar. Jump in or out of LoS, smoke bomb / ice wall etc.
How high do you estimate the disadvantage I put myself by not picking Nightelves?
They are ok but I don't think we really need 3 vanishes in midnight, or?

Night elves won’t matter as much for Outlaw and Sub in midnight. Still will probably be the choice for Sin though

I love being nelf for the potential restealth (kinda treat it as second vanish) and also having orc rogue (assa too) i found myself wanting to have meld on a lot of occasions, cause I've gotten used to it. Goblin is a nice gap closer (sort of) so i wouldn't rule it out completely.

There are some goblins in blitz, so people make it work. If yoy enjoy it and learn to play around what you got then it would prolly work depending on your goals

I’d say it’s a disadvantage but not like do or die. I was undead only since i first started this game and swapped everything over to NE with remix and I was kinda mad I didn’t do it earlier

That being said I fucking hate the alliance so much and probably going back to my undead for midnight. I’d like to play sub/outlaw instead of sin this time around. I will say tho alliance BGs are amazing they all talk I was surprised when I noticed how often they all communicate even in random BGs

I know what you mean. I started as NE back in vanilla, played also human but when goblins came I switched and really never brothered much. Took a break and didn't played a long long time. In df i still played horde/goblin but in tww the disadvantage was really big. But yes can push elite with everything else but it's still way easier as NE. In midnight it will all change again... If it's true we will see UD Pally everywhere

For s1 I guess orc sub will dominate if everything stays like it is right now.

They said they will tweek more racials so maybe next year 🤣

Yeah, it feels awesome! After I got Duelist on 2x character I actually stopped playing for a while. I pushed up to 2386 once and then dropped all the way down to 1900. This was my second try. For some reason I still haven’t really learned how to control my nerves. SS is the only content that really tilts me. I even deleted WoW, Discord, everything about two weeks ago. But I’m glad I came back and finally did it.
