I'll tell you where Blizzard REALLY fucked up. They made Shadowlands such a shit Xpac. Shadowlands had sky high player participation because of quarantine but it was such a terrible xpac that when that finally ended a lot of those players just quit. Had SL been good they may have retained a lot of those quarantine players. What a shit xpac to get wrong

These are the recommended stat priorities for each spec in PvP. Please keep in mind that having suboptimal stats on some pieces such as tier set pieces is not the end of the world.

Subtlety: Vers>Mastery>Crit>Haste
Assassination: Vers>Mastery>Crit=/=Haste
Outlaw: Vers>Haste=/=Crit>Mastery
You likely want to stack at least 20% Haste on Outlaw for an extra GCD during ADR/Crackshot windows. Take 'em by Surprise gives you 10% during CS windows, so you only need 10-15% from gear.

you want to refresh it close to when your empowered garrote window ends to get the maximum duration but during empowered garrote, garrote grants 3 combo points guarnteed for just 45 energy and 1 global as opposed to fan of knives which is 1 combo point for 35 energy and mutilate/ambush which is 2 combo points for 50 energy
