Definitely dig the concept of the enhanced talents with 4 pips and choice to put stuff where we want without some goofy mandated destroy existing talents.

Catalyzing pve pieces just inherets the pve set stats as advertised. You would need to put a varnish / lacquer obtained by using conquest to make it scale in pvp though (directly as advertised as well)

Especially after they pruned all pvp talents, kept screwing ninja, and gave a blanket DR off 1 cc for 10s. There are discords and websites that do RMT crap (against TOS) that offer “services” for rating gains. That crap has to be shut down but some are in EU so I dunno what blizz legal could do. [Exhibit D]

-is crimson tempest bait to even have on your bars or should it replace rupture if X number of enemies?

Outlaw: Vers>Haste=/=Crit>Mastery
You likely want to stack at least 20% Haste on Outlaw for an extra GCD during ADR/Crackshot windows. Take 'em by Surprise gives you 10% during CS windows, so you only need 10-15% from gear.
