I have been using Vanish mostly as a 'offensive CD', so I can get Improved Garrote on several targets with Rupture too. Often after that in the beginning of the match, I use Shiv -> Deathmark, and then it's basically a Mutilate + Envenom spam until I need to refresh dots or just run away a little bit due the constant focus.
That's basically it? Am also applying Crimson Tempest if I have Rupture at 2 targets, at least, but often I only use Envenom, Rupture or basically any combo spender at 5-7 Combos.
Rogue is genuine quite a "weird" class to play when you come from a Warlock/Warrior background...
