i have 3 rogues and all 3 are nelf, its also important in keys
also going back to the racials saving games, for assa getting a restealth off smeld is huge, bc u get bonus effects during and for 12 seconds following leaving stealth
garrote and rupture hit 3 targets instead of 1, garrote does 50% more damage has no cd and generates 3 cp instead of 1, garrote silences for 3 seconds upon being applied so thats a spamable 3 target 3 second, 1.5 second, .75 second silence on enemy heals/ casters + whoever else is ontop of them. atop of the silence reducing the targets damage done for the duration. and ofc master assassin talent giving 20% crit chance increase on all ur abilites(only use ma in bgb bc i like kb for bgb).
all these effects last the whole 12 second duration+ access to sap and cheapshot for the first 6 seconds

You can just run the hemotoxin honor talent for MS with shiv on goes to make up for it.

My reasononing mostly for doing sub only next patch is its just far less frustrating and I want to enjoy the game myself more
