I do the Palumor burst rotation I shared yesterday that includes rupture. I do make sure to keep it up but I don't always get the 2 for 1 rupture. I guess in general it feels like I have to work HARD to stay even with other dps

The stats are the same for set pieces on PvE vs PvP. It's the same piece. The only difference is the PvP item level boost.

Normally there's an item on the conquest vendor to add the PvP item level boost onto a PvE set piece, but if you're already mythic, it might not pay to do it.
