Hey everyone, for Subtlety PVP, could someone explain to me if and when I should take flagellation or deeper daggers. Others are swapping out replicating shadows for gloomblade as well. Theres just not enough pvp guides for sub rogue since 11.1.

Flagellation vs deeper daggers is pure opinion. Some people feel using flag is clunky because it adds an extra global to your burst rotation. I personally feel it's fine except against slippery ranged kill targets like mage.

Gloomblade vs replicating is also not super big change. Some people like replicating against double melee, just makes keeping rupture up easier.

If your predominantly playing 2s, use gloomblade for sure

You likely want to stack at least 20% Haste on Outlaw for an extra GCD during ADR/Crackshot windows. Take 'em by Surprise gives you 10% during CS windows, so you only need 10-15% from gear.
