I'm still learning, but sometimes what's worked for me is sapping the healer 3 times, then blinding them, while the other teammate focuses on getting another dps down as much as possible. I switch off the healer to try and finish off the dps with my teammate.

today, my teammates literally stood there and did nothing while I used up 3 saps and a blind on the healer. didn't attack the enemy at all. like what!?

say there's a shadowpriest and a warlock for example, i'll chose to kill the warlock and have uptime on him because it's easier for my teammates to avoid getting crowd controlled by a shadowpriest who has to run into range to fear rather than being spammed feared by a warlock at range.

my biggest outlaw hangups are still incidentally mashing BTE too hard after a ace proc, and accidentally wasiting a global on a 2 point one

and once in a while sending a sinister strike when Im capped
