well it was never really possible to play dfa on sub before now but we do have more of an opportunity with the loss of duel. our 3rd slot is pretty flexible i think, disarm into melee and friendly shadowstep vs casters so it could take that place vs casters

but i will say i think the normal rotation you learned from ivan might actually be doing just as much dam

I'm doing 19-20m with it every time on the dummy and I still hit a 3.3m evis with it even without dfa

if you were going on a warlock or something i honestly think you don't try to do anything fancy at all, you do that exact same rotation, but you dfa instead of evis on the darkest night evis in case they're spamming port off the go

yeah i hit about a 4.1m dfa doing exactly that, normal rotation but putting dfa in for evis on the darkest night evis

i could only see it into like shadowplay or something

trying to cheese kill with dfa over taking disarm into a melee just seems destined to fail above like 1700

Cant drop disarm for it obv against melee, unless stats get so dumb it gurantee kills in the first cheap

like we have multiple stuns, either they're trinketing anyways or it don't matter i think

i'm doing from stealth: strike>rupture>blades/dance/badge cheap>evis>strike>tech>cheap>DFA

Strike -> Dance (Tea/symbols macro) -> DFA -> Burst macro -> Cheap -> secret tec -> strike -> evis. DFA eats 2 marks allowing for a darkest night proc in first cheap & from what i was testing enough to kill. If they try to peel in opener DFA puts you on top of them, if they pop def cds you can follow through without trink/blades and do good pressure. (Disclaimer not meta just having fun)
