outlaw relies on CDR and uptime, and is higher APM

rogue as a whole is one of the hardest classes in pvp, so you just have to pick your poison and practice

all 3 specs take time to get good at

what are the general thoughts on rogue PVP spec tier list/relative performance to each other? I was trying to find information on the best PVP spec and landed on outlaw but it's been pretty underwhelming to me

all 3 specs have their own playstyles, strengths and weaknesses just like all of the other specs in the game

at the end of the day they're all really good, try them out and play the one you like the most

I encountered a problem. It has been going on for several weeks. Periodically I can't go into invisibility (use stealth), although I'm not in combat - the button is inactive.
For instance, on this screenshot you can see a beginning of solo shuffle - stealth is unactive. I cannot be in combat there.

well dummies just aren't optimized properly, you should do more damage to them with most abilities

i just know from random dummy testing that envenom does more to dummies than it does to players

he mentioned crits so it could just be that he's only seeing the 175% crit damage that we have in pvp baseline, if he doesn't realize that crit damage is nerfed in pvp

I belive pvp dummies do not take into account pvp modifiers. It is very clear on SP´s abilities Entropic Rift and Collapsing Void. It is nerfed by 60% in pvp. Highly buffed CV hits around 2m on pvp dummy, but around 1m on player. Same goes for rift.

1. yes you mainly press it when you can hit 1 or more targets, though this does include pets since it applies a modifier per target afflicted. though you can use it if you're being kited and can't reach the target/don't need to combo points for anything else (rupture, kidney etc) unless they're low enough health that you want to wait and envenom them

2. garrote spam is usually okay to do for combo points or the silence, personally i don't spam it a lot for just combo points in most cases but some do. but yes silence only really hurts ranged

3. you can shadowstep your healer/other dps to get away, you can LoS, etc. you usually won't save vanish for defensive use, but it definitely doesn't hurt if you can use it defensively and then turn it into offensive usage

I play drac rogue, the knock back is sorta useful, canger some cheeky caps against solo defender on blitz, and the glide. Is useful for getting around

Regen is kinda nice but dragon swap sometimes in bugs out and manually swapping to human pulls you out of stealth

glide on drac is only useful if you're in wpvp and get knocked mid air or anything where your glider is on cd. the knock back is meh, kultiran is better plus stun, but drac knockback is good for multi target(unless they changed it) the glide is reduced for all specs except evoker so using/moving on ground reduces your movement speed( better to run without trying to jump into glide). Whats cool about drac rogue is you are a flying machine

Divine toll will find you in stealth / vanish. Stuff from many people’s hero talents will purposely find you in stealth as it states “a nearby target”. Its on purpose and aint a bug. Just about every class gas anti rogue technology now .

the guy is creepy, lit knew the distance max distance and even thought he traced it by himself, as was always playing at max distance with the mage, if i got close, he just blinked and retraced it, never letting any person reach him

It has no burst and is designed around uptime

It's effectively a fury warrior but with less self healing
