Practice your opener rotation so you know that inside out without hesitation. Since in bgs that’s mostly what you do as sub. You almost never team fight. You kill people in 3x cheap shot or you reset/move on to an other objective. Or you CC out a healer with sap x3 kidney to duel etc

That’s more random. Make sure not to gap between stuns. Can’t tell you exactly since it random how many Combo points you generate. Without blades active you will shadow strike more and less eviscerate in that cheap shot window 😊

play everyday youll get there. blitz is a coin toss most games. Try to stay on objectives as much as you can, also doing different things on different maps. Sin should be helping with teamfights low cr, spreading dots n bleeds sitting on healers/enemy flag carrier, and stalling base caps as long as you can until help arrives

I never run flag in bgs. I blade in stealth to minimize button bloat. It’s blades - shadow step - CS - the rest. It’s a lot of buttons and you just can’t gap stuns. The hunter gets time to turtle etc without burning trinket when you wanna cap against that for example. They die no matter blades before or not 😊

It’s probably better to practice what @potent pivot says @keen magnet . That is a more min/maxed way. I’m so used to doing it “my” way. It really don’t matter much but yeah. GL. If you get this thing right and learn the maps and what you should be doing it’s fun times! You win games single handedly as sub rogue on certain maps

Like learn that you can’t cap against a pet class(you just kill those classes tho😅) ret you need to get the bubbles away then you CC cap. Etc. Learn the “scripts” for capping. You have so many tools for it. You protect your FC all game on FC maps for example. CC/peel for him.

So far im really enjoying playing my rogue again, the opener you gave me is a nice base to build up from. Now its about getting my muscle memory working again and learning the scripts you just mentioned indeed, thats what i've always liked about playing rogue. You learn the scripts and just perform them

We protect our FC nowadays? I've always stayed back in the flagroom and tried to either kill the enemy when they pick our flag or get as much cds as possible so they drop when trying to cross middle

It would be a wall of text to write out the “scripts” to follow. It’s also really depending what’s happening so it’s hard. For example if you wanna cap against someone. It’s sap - cap. If they can get out of sap. It’s gouge to kidney - cap. If they trinket that. It’s blind then cap. That’s a good script to have in mind. @keen magnet
