technically with alacrity stacked up as HO build, any haste over like 9.5% doesnt reduce your gcd at all and only gives you more autos/tiny bit of energy

as KiR build which is what whaaaz plays, you want 19.5% ish but these are all pve numbers and dont necessarily factor in "take your cut" which gives 10% haste after each rtb

going over the haste req can help in times where alacrity drops and since crit is nerfed its not a big deal to lose some crit for more haste

The paradox of climbing is that your team doesn’t necessarily understand when to line for a sec or press defensives at the right time. So I find myself trying to peel way too much when I’m not the target which fucks my damage heavily. But doing more damage would probably be a better form of defense to make them pull back

you only reapply rupture if it's in pandemic or not on the target etc

upkeep the CT dot on 2 or more targets (including a pet and a player), or if you have nothing else to press

improved garrote > rupture > regular garrote > supercharged envenom > CT on 1 target
that's a rough priority list

KB/supercharged envenom are kinda your main burst, if you can use them on anyone under 35% hp they'll hit harder

CT I don't really use in single target, ever - but on 2+ targets I find it good, especially prioritize it when there are demo locks/BM hunters

singular focus can funnel quite a bit of damage onto your kill target with small demo pets

But yeah. you're right that CT ticks are quite strong and often hit as hard as rupture/garrote

the thing about CT is that the dot is like 60% of the duration of rupture

and it's pretty hard to pandemic it in PVP.

I usually prefer to use it below 35%

as it can hit for 750k+ noncrits

for the initial hit, but if you send it early, you can still get the dot to tick for 400k+

When playing outlaw I found myself in a situation more than just once where I was out of range of anything to hit (usualy rooted), between the eyes was on CD (or I was out of range of that too), had a few combo points, and vanish was about to come back up. So I SnD'd for the CDR and vanished out of the root. It's just useful to have a button that can give you CDR even if you don't have anything to hit.

Hey guys im someone who has mained survival and i love it, but in bgb ive been asked to do the rogues job when we dont have one which i love, but ive always been put off rogue by how i struggle to bind it. Basically what i wanted to ask was what bind do you use for stealth as my first question, and how do you bind the shadowdance bar? Do you just have the bars the same so you essentially forget your extra stealth bar?

I've got cheapshot where I normally bind gouge, ambush where I bind mutilate, mass stealth sits in its own key above them all, and everything else remains the same. Maybe I'm missing out on something by doing it that way, but it feels pretty fluid so I keep it like that
