not sure what kind of rating you are stuck at, the improvements you need differ.
Opening with a Sap makes a difference to be honest.
I have seen that vanish / meld is very imporant to make sure so that you get great benefit. As in 'put impr garrote on everyone and also stun healer'. Some lobbies people play so far its impossible (and you lose maybe).
When vanish charges are down, you need to play extra carefully.

Almost the most important advice is to smell when it's time to bail and hide. Many times you just go round the pillar, try maybe to restealth but mainly have the opponents really switch target and invest.

There are plenty of lobbies that are hard though, especially with hpaladins that you need to overcome 2 bops plus their own defensives

Use positioning to your advantage if you can, use your Steps very effectively, use your CC well, and use Shiv for slows if possible. It’s not solely dependent on you either though, your team mates have to position well.

If you and your team mates pillar hump more than usual you can kinda force the enemy teams position a bit, depending on the map

like 95% of serious pvpers use some variation of this

the bit in the middle is enemy CDs, from the OmniBar addon

the bit to the right is Gladius, which shows CC diminishing returns and trinkets etc

your target frame and focus frame are very important to pay attention to

and the bit to the left is your team mate's CDs

you don't have to copy this 1:1 but i would highly recommend using the addons and putting them somewhere visible
