If you crafter gear last season you needed sparks. These heraldry things are the replacement for it. You can buy more from the conquest vendor if you need them. Just remember not to craft anything that can be a tier piece cause you can't convert crafted gear to tier pieces.

Because instead of setting the MMR and cr to 0, everyone starts with 1500 MMR and 0 rating. The system can't determine your level and starts to malfunction. There's also a possibility that this was done to reduce server load. But I doubt that even at the start of the expansion, there are enough players in PvP to create significant load

Outlaw is very slow at lower levels. At max you need an extra set of hands with how fast the rotation gets. I think that is often a problem with classes. The difference between how it plays while levelling and max level is too great.

the Rtb buffs are great but they should not dictate how you play

focus on keeping up pressure if you team fights, but mostly keep bursting proced ambush or pistol shot spend on finisher

imagine it like enh were you make your life hard because you like it :))

killing spree is also very good now

offensively and defensively,you can negate some dmg if a healer is nearby after KS

Some outlaws run a mace,sword, fist weapon on main hand and dagger off hand cause daggers are a bit quicker. I never do that cause it messes up my transmogs and everyone knows a good mog increases your chances of winning. 😁

I do think outlaw struggles more in a shuffle than a blitz. In my experience at least.

Or maybe it's because the shuffles are infested with frost mages and I'm on a permanent slow/root.

If you are comfortable with other rogue specs, you could consider outlaw quite same rotation wise. Dispatch is like eviscerate, roll the bones like a bleed but a buff on urself you need to track. Pistol shot only be used on a proc or when you are not in range and want to build CPs. Between the Eyes (BtE) is a finisher which does good dmg and gives a critical buff you want to keep up.

Now the interesting thing is, when you use BtE while in stealth or out of stealth in a subterfuge window, it has no CD and can hit the target additionally with a weaker dispatch. On top there’s a chance that using BtE will refund CPs. Therefore you want to optimize BtE usage in ur stealth windows and want to spam it if you are lucky enough a few times in a row.

That said, with the current talents we are playing. There is another talent build that doesn’t build on BtE and stealth windows

That’s the basics here, there is more depth to outlaw but will get you started

I think greenwickers might be nicer to take instead of crackshot when you're new. Getting multiple bte off in a 6 second window can be quit difficult with all the cc they're tossing on you. Just my two cents on it.

For shuffle at least in my experience. Blitz it seems easier to do.

It’s the slowest arena mode, you have the most control over your character and can live long enough to try things out and find strategies.

In shuffles there’s a lot going on at the same time and ppl on lower mmr are very confused what’s happening. You prob die in less than 30 seconds.

Blitz or bgs are a whole different setting from arena modes. There are other skills you need to learn to win. And you can find urself fighting several ppl and just die without having a chance to practice anything

Nope. While in Subterfuge you’re on your stealth bar and blindside procs replace mutilate when you aren’t in Subterfuge

We haven’t really been using blindside in pvp, but that’s how it works

I play one too but for ages. Nowadays WotF is quite strong racial in blitz. Lock, priest, warr, dh, evoker counter. Cannibalize comes handy also. Plus it has never stopped being cool ass race/class combo.
