Like this season outlaw was not going to run tier set at all until they recently buffed it. Because the bonus was trash and that trash was nerfed by 50%. So it depends on spec, bonus, and stats.

And that +1.5% was nerfed by 50% in pvp so it was .75%

It would’ve been better to just run optimal secondary stats

Now that they buffed it, it’s worth running

Subs tier set on the other hand is not nerfed in pvp this season, and is pretty strong

So even though sub strictly runs vers/mast, it’s worth running it
