well there's the default perk of playing nelf which is dodging projectiles and abilities

for rogues specifically (and druids to an extent) there is an added bonus where meld gets you out of combat

which means you can get a stealth out of it via a castsequence macro etc

even if it instantly breaks you still gain access to subterfuge

or do something cheeky like meld stealth shadowstrike teleport to save shadowstep

so tldr, it does give them stealth by exiting combat

that said tho, when it comes to rogue mirror matches, orc is far superior
