if we got to season start and it was still doing more damage than everyone else then sure, nerf it
but outlaw is not a priority to nerf right now lol, sorry

You could use Mind Numbing AND Crippling Poison together no matter what rogue spec you were. Kick had a ten second cooldown, and locked down that spell school for 5 seconds.
