Intuitively I'd think using cloak to take off a sharpened blade would be a waste given it has defensive value into pretty much every comp besides maybe jungle
It stops some or all damage from every class I can think of besides feral and hunter and warrior

tldr:
flag allows for higher damage but has a ramp time, which is punishable by players who know what theyre doing and thus requires a lot more coordinated setup to get the most value from
sepsis is pretty afk and gives all ur strikes in dance the true stealth damage bonus, it also allows for some sneakier setups

They did a great job on the rework. You have great pressure passively. Silence tech. And the ability to deal fatal damage every minute.
I like that it's the most offensive and least defensive atm. Justifies is power.

It's also astonishing how bad people were despite their rating in M+, I played with a 2400 holy paladin a few days ago in Uldamann who absolutely couldn't keep more than 1 person alive on the last boss fight and on Grolnok
Idk if he was accidentally specced into single target healing and not aoe healing or what, but I had done other +10 uldamann runs and never did staying alive feel so impossible as it did that run

depending on rating, you could see a tank in queue everyday/every other day usually

well if you switch around your stats to having more mastery i don't think it's really worth running double silken because a lot of the mastery from the second one will be completely wasted anyway
if you do switch around your stats i'd def recommend using only 1 silken

It also seems like total madness to reroll to a spec you've never played, then have to grind losses gathering Conquest gear with only a month left in the season, then have to grind PvE for the Bronze and Aspect Crests to buy and upgrade the excellent Seal of Filial Duty, and have to grind sparks and spend a ton of gold to craft embellishments
Like why on earth would you do that to yourself? By the time you start to grasp the spec, the season will be over
I also cannot even begin to imagine that Assassination is easier to play than warrior, no offense
Assassination is sorta zug zug, but we have small kill windows through opportunities we create, as others said, via Blind cross CC and Smoke Bomb. And you basically get two chances for kills per match, one with Bomb and one with Blind.
I don't get the impression there was that level of nuance to Arms or Fury, which just felt kinda like WW monk, just stick to your target and pure zug the whole match, with higher sustained and less burst than WW

Sub, more than any other spec in the game, really is a hit and run burst damage spec. It's in a not so great place right not because of high HP of most players but your main playstyle in arena is setup opportunities for you and your partner to kill something in a stun+CC window.

i stun, and for 1 second of the stun, i work out what im gonna be pressing
so i lose 1 second for every stun but

im too good at my priest to swap mains so
it is all just for fun
but i figured this will teach me how to counter rogues even better so
i find the best way to counter a rogue and this was before playing rogue is to just "fuck them up" so just
stun as much as possible
mess up their opener and stuff
cus they will have popped CDs and then i stun for 5-10 seconds..
