reason being starlink is because you can instantly focus or target a new arena player
it's good to have /cast arena 1/2/3 keys but your brain can only handle so much; but it's easy to press one key knowing they are arena enemy number 2, then stun or w/e, or focus stun; that's why you want all possible focus CC macros

There is an option in game (stock ui) to make all keybinds the same. Don’t remember what it is called but something with “character specific keybinds” when you uncheck it makes the binds universal
