I have mouse wheel up and down for arena 1, 2 and a mouse side button for arena 3, if I hold shift these will be focus arena1,2,3. I think its best to have them on mouse because then my keyboard hand will stay free for abilities that I might use just after or before changing target/focus for more fluent gameplay.

Also I had some macro or plater setting toggled that turns enemies names to their arena number, so just 1,2,3. This way I dont always have to check from gladius which focus bind or target bind to press to switch to them in a situation where one needs to act fast.
