Last night I went 3-3 in a Solo Shuffle I would've gone 5-1 in if I remembered to swap back to my PvP gear before round 1 and 2 started

@tribal badger as an assassination rogue I like warlocks in my SS games, I feel like I understand them. I'm okay at fighting them, and I love Affliction locks as a teammate. Destruction I'm 50/50 on. Demonology I absolutely hate seeing because it feels like I can't win with them on my team, and I can't beat them.

Ditto for Frost mages, hate seeing those. Can't win with them, and have a lot of trouble against them

I love seeing warriors too, I generally do well against them, and I do well with them on my team

When I first started playing arena and was hard stuck around 1600, each loss I would get so angry at things my teammates did or didn't do.

On the way to (and beyond) 2100, I seldom get upset at what my opponents do when I lose. I reflect at things I did badly or what I could've done better. Because in the end, you cannot control the actions of your teammates or opponents. You only have control of yourself

For perspective, the highest I EVER got in Arena was back in WOTLK. I struggled playing with RL friends and was unable to get better people to play with me. I felt like I was a significantly above average rogue but could never attract good players. So for literally years, I was hard stuck at 1500.

A nice discipline priest who I did some PvE content with recognized that I was pretty good. We played like 20 games and I went from 1500 to 1900

James there's too many problems to list. I just want to see more people play 3s cause it's our bread and butter format and it is losing traction. Our game is balanced around that format.

Blizz needs to do ranks by percents for reward and titles. I got .9 percent in 2s and literally got duelist.

In 2009 I got 2300 and got rival.. I was like top 8 percent..

Literally, that is why. For PvE, it's only because it gives another 2% to Lethal Dose (and because they're constantly casting Mutilate in raids) and in PvP, people take it if they're too overwhelmed with buttons to use Crimson Tempest effectively

Now, that said. Is there some validity to wanting an additional, easily applicable bleed in the case you're fighting a rogue in arena and want to help prevent restealths? I... guess maybe, but good rogues will restealth between ticks and get their opener anyway

you can't SS out of dance or stealth
if ur looking to do the ER perf thing it's building 4 stacks before ur dance, into dance rota with ER being ur first dmging builder (so it gains the bonus dmg from consuming perf)
after ER eats the buff, you stop caring about it and always use strike over backstab, only using backstab when strike is not available

What do people generally upgrade first? Assume I spend spark on PvE stuff. I bought MH with conq first, then OH with the sparks. Thinking stuff that can turn into tier

upgrade in ilvl? nothing, doesnt matter for pvp

if u talk about updating the gear then first having a dagger from this season for MH then infurious boots as spark

Like for arena, haste is a pretty bad secondary stat, but a lot of tier pieces have it

the "ultra rare drops" from the raids are 535

like Raza hunter bow

or diurna rare ring

or fyrakk trinkets

So, in theory, its the same as it always were

Those PvE items, that, during their respective season, went higher than PvP items, still go this season, up tp 535

So you can get mastery dagger with same item level with super high effort in pve
