Not sure how they'd nerf it tbf apart from just removing it completely, it's only good for classes that can access stealth anyway tho, unless your using it to cheese certain specific myth encounters in Pve, but then it's normally a DPS loss for most classes so isn't worth

I think even increasing the CD would probably be okay. It just feels bad that some players are at a big disadvantage if they aren't a NE. It's like hardiness (which I don't like at all). I always thought racials should be for flavor. Like vulpera has a flavorful racial.

it really depends on the kind of lobby you're in and the calibre of people you're playing with, generally the only reason not to rupture is because it denies peeling or ccing off targets with gouge

if you're in a bit of a ret/war/dh lobby where that likely doesnt matter, rupture away

rogue specs are really not the best at that style. outlaw and sin can kinda do it but
