and usually suffers from being too good in pve and getting pvp nerfed also as a result when its strong

my best guess would be sin is the best "Scaling" rogue spec with externals, so when its tuned well in pve, it gets externals and becomes very very strong (literally this season) then the knee jerk overnerf it

and dont seperate the nerfs between pvp/pve

so it just ends up bad

I think I blame the PvE people. They cried that Dragon Tempered Blades was too strong and required no additional buttons to press (as though pressing 1 more active button is actually "hard"). And now DTB, which should always have been a more PvP-centric spec due to having two utility poisons, has been nerfed into the ground and is basically unplayable unless you're using a weird Fan of Knives crit based build.

So now, they've "balanced" our entire middle capstone around magical PvE numbers and made it so the whole path is just worthless in PvP

They should delete Dashing Scoundrel (worthless talent), put DTB where Poison Bomb is, and make Poison Bomb an active ability that you have to meet some criteria to be able to use. So it's on demand burst instead of the random nonsense

If they move DTB to where Poison Bomb is, it would create a lot of new interesting builds imo

They also need to buff the crap out of the choice node of Iron Wire. Who, in any content, is taking Intent to Kill?

Mastery gives you more bang for your buck in terms of damage and you're squishy regardless. That extra 10-15% reduction doesn't seem so noticable to me. But people like playing the same shit and the same way. I play this game for fun.
