You never “focus” on perforated veins if choosing the generator styles. You just build it as you go (more of a planning style which i dig) instead of tea swigging. All builds are fine now.
Sepsis still does good damage , its just finality isn’t as big of a hit into people besides other rogues. You can still smack other rogues for like 180-190k eviscerates.

I think probably the majority of people who are at the top of the subtlety ladder are mostly disabling opponents and creating big brain openings for their teammates to score kills whereas lower subtlety players were just exploding people in burst windows, and now that the burst windows are gone, the lower people can't succeed with subtlety unless they change the way they play
