Fundamentally sin’s goal is to keep 3 dots (if you pick bone) on main target, make sure you use kidney off stun DR and create go from it, (better to cc healer before the go, shiv burst with kidney) —> keep dots on second targets to max dmg, doing key cc on healer and side dps

i got an idea for sub gear settings.
2sets build but
crit/vers chest(tier or create) and mast/vers pants(conquest or create)
and engineer helmet for 1034mastery

and stats will be 25~26crit/ 115~117mastery/ 28vers

low vers will be covered by pvp trinket stamina buff 10%

you can keep ur crits and dps too

FDK is bad at almost everything, even if it somehow manages to pull off its "niche" of "ramping" and then doing a "burst combo" against two people who MUST be stacked together, because otherwise 30% of your damage is fading into nothingness

It’s not nerfed in pvp though. And while the number doesnt look great in the tooltip, in practice in PvE the proc rate is fine and not a problem

give better explanations of how PvP works and how to play it INSIDE the game
make PvP more accessible by tracking diminishing returns into the base UI so you don't need to research and install add-ons just to compete

Any outlaw solo shufflers here? Been trying to learn recently (I'm bad, been mostly a pve player since vanilla and only played healer in SS). It's hard to find good videos for outlaw. Any recommendations? My biggest issue I find is my dps is low because I'm so focussed on trying to cc the enemy team. Anyone have advice on pumping vs. Cc ? I guess you set up a go, trigger DRs and wait for em to reset for the next go... but like i said, I'm bad haha.

you get a lot more pistol and ambush damage with greenskin and heavy but a lot more buffs with CTo

The main CC to use in SS is

to save a teammate if your healer is CC'ed, and
to CC the opposing healer when an opponent is low so you can finish them off

#

Also, saving your defensives as long as possible (read: not wasting them when you're in no true danger of dying) is super important

#

It is very hard to explain in more detail than that, but that's the essence of succeeding in SS

#

Then ofc, 3) creating pressure via consistent damage output so kill windows happen

#

Subtlety doesn't really do 3 as much, since it does its damage in huge bursts and very little outside of those windows, so Sub plays differently than Assassination and Pirate Combat specs

#

I actually wonder if healers know what to do with an assa on their team I had an rsham say he was having a horrible time keeping me up. I found that weird cause I do 3s and 2s with one of my best friends who heals and has no problem keeping me up whether he plays his MW, priest or rsham

No sense in dooming like other classes do heh. It's "ok", if people's subjective opinion of fun is "hur hur push buttons win hur hur" then they will be upset. I do wish we didn't move into "all dance" over the years but here we are due to the pve kids and a ferris wheel of "balancing".

The outlaw pve channels have some good info on rotation if that's what you're looking for. Gist of it is maintain your buffs (RtB, SnD) and spam BTE during stealth windows. I'd highly recommend a WA to show how long your stealth window lasts so you can be sure to not BTE after it ends. Very punishing if you do so.

Rotationally outlaw is not very beginner friendly though. Lots of spinning plates and failure points. In pvp you will need to know how to abuse stealth windows or you won't have any pressure.
