What can I do to help.
If you're playing Sub, play 2s first, get a feel for when you should be doing damage, I did skirmishes for a couple nights to understand if you don't wanna go for rank or rating. Don't get scared of a bad win loss, look at those in high shuffle games, and high 3s, some guys have a 45% win rate. Ignore the morons who moan about that shit, the more you practice. The more you get better, no one was able to sleep with their girlfriend amazingly the first time, and you're not going to do amazing at arena the first time either.
Buffs and Nerfs we got hit a little bit, but not enough to make a dent in all honesty, with sepsis build linked above by Royal that's my build, you can still oneshot very easily. We're arguably broken as hell, with duel into smoke bomb it's a combo that very few can deal with, and if you diminish and track CDs correctly they can't do fuck all about it.
It's a gimmicky class, but oh my god is it fun, hitting someone in a duel and doing some chunky damage.
I would also argue it takes skill to play, people may disagree but you gotta track, know how to mind game, when to go, mini and full etc
Also, I see a lot of rogues do this against my DK, don't blow shadowy duel in your first go. Unless the person is braindead it's not gonna do anything.

Hi friends, new to the discord. Trying to get better at assassination pvp. I feel like I do well in 2s with a healer playing the ST burst spec with kingsbane and crit (no coldblood). But as soon as I try 3s or get in a shuffle my damage is so low. I dot up as many targets as I can, kidney on CD and try to get my single target burst in when I can but the damage just isn't there. Garrote and rupture are my top sources but I'm always last on the meters. What could I be doing wrong? Also, does slice and dice increase dot tick rate?

the first garrote always has reduced duration
and will need to be refreshed
never garrote a class which doesnt cast or isnt a dk or a ret in the first place

For go's as assa in 2s, should I be trying to kidney when my healer CC's or hoping that my healer CC's when I kidney? I played a few games last night and I did good damage and CC'd well but just couldn't seem to land a kill and the game would go on so long that I would be out of defensives and would die. I felt like my healer (pally) and I just never connected on CC correctly.
