Its very important, less swings mean less energy especially with slice saving our butts. Back in the say we had nonsense honor among thieves which was changed to energetic recovery which was then changed to shadow techniques. Shadow techniques now is far more important, cleaner, and intuitively works. Going with a slow off hand to look cool offsets that timer and effs up core functionality.

RTB, adrenaline, SND, flurry and then stealth right as match opens so u got all ur buffs and stealth stops them from ticking down. open with cheap or ambush and just start going into BTE, ambush, rinse repeat or spam BTE if you keep getting ace procs and that is pretty much it. never BTE if ur vanish has 45 seconds or less on the CD remaining and probably 20 or so remaining on dance
you do RTB before adrenaline so the next time you hit RTB you get 3 buffs

i have been assuming it's like, if healer heals normally 100 to a person A without any MS, it's 100 healed.
but with blackjack, it's 70 output then get reduced by 24% MS, which ends up being 53.2 ish on the person being healed
i am fairly certain blackjack is a debuff on the sapped person, it has a debuff icon on that person

The way I interpret it is Blackjack affects output and Wound Poison affects input. The question then though is how do they interact when someone is self-healing (input+output).
My guess is they stack multiplicatively, with Blackjack giving 70% throughput, and then Wound Poison reducing that 70% by the requisite amount.

Those are two different scenarios affecting two different targets. It DOEs work that way but wound on the same target affected by blackjack was nixed back in 10.0 in a tuning. That’s why assassination “was out of control” according to non rogue forum dwellers

Keep practicing and never give up. Rogue isn’t an “easy” class. Feel things out and develop rhythm and timing. No situation is the same and we adapt moment to moment. Lots of finesse goes into rogue tricks of the trade. We don’t zug like others.
