The dmg isn't worth it, it requires you to envenom in an envenom buff window and it's not easy to pull off good dmg from it. You could always check the server messages from yesterday (?) People were talking about it

Engi helm is a double edged sword. You lose vers for that double mastery. And while it isn’t a life changing amount of vers, Sin is still the squishiest spec by a mile

Is 4 set going to be worth getting for sub? Trying to decide if I just save for the hellbloom chest or if it'd be better to just get the cheaper hellbloom pieces first

Sub 4-set has not been recommended, no. Just go gloves and pants for the 2-set

Outlaw talents don’t really change. You might have some slight differences in the Rogue tree based on comp but Outlaw specific is pretty set in stone regardless of the bracket. Just check murloc.io and adjust based on your comp and preferences
