Hey guys, i last time i pvped was in cataclysm, and never on rog. I have been playing retail for around 4 years now and wanted to get into pvp again. Is outlaw viable to at least get the trasmog set in 2v2? I guess that every spec can do that but i have been trying some bgs and arenas on sub and it's very unfun for me, you die immediately, do 0 dmg outside of cds.
I like the playstyle of outlaw way more, if anything because i do enjoy being in the brawl and it feels tankier, has cd reduction etc. So from an average player perspective how likely is it to get to 1800 next season on it?
and i would add that i am bad at both specs, so would it be worth learning sub just for that goal?

Outlaw kind of struggles a bit with swapping right now because bte goes on your target, so I'm really glad 10.2 fixes that by making it a buff on yourself instead
And we'll finally get some surprise damage too

That's pretty close to what I was doing. You definitely want loaded dice though. We get AR a lot in the new patch and sleight of hand is nearly useless
I also preferred 2/2 Vigor because I can't stand energy droughts. Might not be necessary in actual pvp though since you have more downtime than you do when hitting a training dummy
