play a lot (probably the best advise), record ur gameplay and watch after, watch streams, try make a ui thats not infobloated and stick with it, try find someone who can watch ur vods

That’s super common

It’s just a learning curve

Along the way, you will build the dmg rotation as part of your muscle memory so you don’t focus on dmg rotation only and start to see other things

And you will notice sometimes even if you chase killing target for 10 more seconds it doesn’t land a kill, but instead if you step away from them and interrupt/cc healer you land a kill

And most importantly, adjust the UI

I think a clear Camera angle, especially from top down helps a ton

Default wow UI/Camera angle doesn’t allow you to see too much especially for melee

That was dagger in the dark waiting for stacks, perforated veins which takes time to build as well which he didn’t show and used secret into a stacked up goremaws. PV can be tuned down and it would fix a lot of that and dagger in the dark can be elongated or cut in half. There was a lot of preparation to do that. Dagger in the dark is a pretty big warning and easy to just aoe a rogue out/ pet stun etc.

i think most classes, pairing with a healer to play 2s get you to learn super fast

aside from like really nitpicky keybind placement for ease of combos, i pretty much have basics down. only way i could improve more is by getting more automatic so that i can focus on predicting their goes and reacting accordingly

its just a bummer that getting a bad healer almost guarantees 3-3 unless theres another bursty spec that i'm able to lineup goes with

A ret in my lobby run against that healer and farmed easy 30

then when ret/me/newbie healer were together at r4
