personally I hate it, and would love a rework of RtB

but you just roll your dice, and do your damage. If you get a high roll then great, if not, hopefully you can live long enough to try again

you can check the Outlaw FAQ for their current re-roll logic if you are interested. It's not always a 1:1 comparison with PvP but when it comes to trying to do the most damage, knowing when you got a shit roll and need to ditch it asap, can help

SL s3/4 was because Outlaw's PvE damage was good, and they got some top tier new PvP talents. If we had not gotten both Enduring Brawler and Float like a Butterfly, Outlaw would not have been the powerhouse it was

which just goes to show how important PvP talents are to the system. Fire mages are popping off right now in large part because of the rework to flame cannon. Outlaw saw a huge spike in SL because of new talents. The system is filled to the brim with shit false choices, where no one would ever play 2/3 of the talents. For a lot of specs they have 1-2 locked in talents regardless, and some have all 3 locked in always or a minor flex if you are facing all casters or something

You're like a warrior in tankiness too which gives you more leeway

Ruthless Precision is okay, it looks better on paper but in practice I don't really feel a difference personally, probably because crit was nerfed too hard for it to matter
