You are already having issues with just knowing what buttons to press for damage, getting 2 piece which changes your rotation is probably just going to make things more confusing for you again
I would suggest just playing skirmishes while you sit SS Qs, I play skirms all the time, quick and easy way to go into an arena like situation for practice, talk to your team mates in starting area, have a sort of plan mapped out and then just try to CC off target + get your rotation out etc

youre hyper focusing on the perfect rotation. yea sub does a lot of burst and the right rotation can maximize dmg but you should be more concerned about when to stun/cc, keeping track of DRs and enemy trinkets and setting up the kill condition. rogue will always be good when you can do this properly regardless if you have 2set or whatever

I understand where you're coming from man. For PvP though, it's better to understand WHY a rotation would happen the order that it would ideally happen in. Not so much the rotation itself

At the end of the day, you need to watch videos of people who are great at the class, try to understand what they're doing and why, and then just get reps on reps on reps in. Tip that works for me, especially when I'm learning something new in the game, is to literally talk out loud to yourself as you're playing. Info in info out. It really helps to slow things down.

The biggest adjustment for me is holding blind or bomb until later in the game instead of using them earlier. But then again, there's no real reason to use them earlier, because we don't have a bursty go anymore

2s is a bit of a dance. If you have a burst spec on your team in 3s to blow someone up, the full aoe bleed build is contributing more than ST I think. But we'll see how it goes as the season goes on

The garrote and rupture, as well as giving you some rot pressure, also give you a lot of energy regen
so your single target damage is being bumped up in addition to the rot

True true. Right now I'm feeling like the pure damage output is outweighing the utility and advantage of the poison build, but time will tell. The small agility buffs for having rupture up in the bleed build also helps with ST dam indirectly too

i played fine when i thought about priorities instead a rotation

I mostly see hyper discussing BiS gear and perfect scenarios but yet he's struggling at 1k. He's focusing on the wrong stuff for sure, afaik he has 10x more addons / weakauras for pvp than i do, i only use gladius xD

Yeah for sure. I've been playing the game for years so i can somewhat pick q class and do okay with it (1500/1600 rating) withing 1/2 weeks
But since i get frustrated way too fast with pvp I tend to stop as soon as I get the elite transmog
