As the extra damage from 2 set is nature damage so that becomes amped by 4 set. especially with this weird CT build being used currently.
sub 4 set is just more damage so can't really turn that down.

I assume you're asking about diminishing returns, there are various DR categories that each CC belongs to. Using a CC of a particular type starts the DR timer (18s), if another CC of the same type is used within the timer, it will be half duration, and if yet another is used, it will be 1/4 duration. After that, the player becomes immune to that cc for 18s.

You can, it’s not very often you’d run into a situation where you’d CB->Evis while running ST
