Dropped the 2nd deeper strat and ruthlessness for it. The 10% damage makes up for the loss to finisher damage and then also buffs the builder damage. Not having ruthlessness isn't even noticeable since we generate so many CPs anyways with ambushes and pistol procs.

I haven't played my rogue in a while, but I remember back in SL, rogues had a temprorary shield to keep any dots from removing them from stealth. not anymore it seems. When almost every class has a dot, how the hell can a rogue restealth without waiting out a 15 second dot?
