Yeah, it's 10. Even still. Getting restealths as outlaw is very good. Shadow Dance procs the haste as well.

Even better if you are nelf. I've found myself with the 10% buff up at least 50% percent of the game.

You can also take alacrity which gives 5%. There is a lot of haste in the talents, so it's beneficial to take other stats on gear.

So your brain tries to look at all of them.

Focusing more on CC will help you get you farther as outlaw. You don't do near as much damage as everyone else, unfortunately. All your Cheap Shots, Kidneys, Gouges, Blinds, Off-kicks stack up over time on enemy healer.

if you don't play 2P and equip mastery had and gloves instead it may even be more valuable

right now you have a 6% mastery difference between not having the blue honor glove & help with mastery and not aving them, which is 6% flat dmg to nature, but also bleeds, and that all the time

if you have 450 items, maybe even crafted ones for a better mastery distribution you may very well get around 10%

all the time to bleeds & nature dmg seems much better than just 20% 25% of the time
