farm regular BGs/skirmishes for honor gear, farm bloody tokens though world pvp and Crate drops in the open world
make sure you're doing the Trophies of Strife weekly quest
you can pick it up in the pvp area in Valdrakken, same room as the pvp gear vendors
make sure to do the quests for your Sparks of Ingenuity
you can use them to place Work Orders for "Infurious Footwraps of Indemnity" and the Infurious helm
- get your sparks of ingenuity
- get your trophies of strife stuff done
- just farm honor/bloody tokens
you should be able to have 1 421 weapon, a 424 helm and 424 boots+the rest full honor/token gear
in like a day

once you're fully geared if you want to change from crafted helm to lariat and drop tier gloves or legs you can. but it's practically the same thing and crafted helm is much better for the gearing process
