the thing is @spring bough. assa is always doing damage with dots/bursting with CDs so having a high main stat proc from sophic is higher value. sub does burst so it also aligns better with sophic/earthen. outlaw is just constant consistent widdling down the enemy, so stuff like frozen is decent
