Like if I get 5% haste, my dot tikt 5% faster, that means my garrot tikts every 1.9 seconds, and you have 5% normal attacks, which means for every 20 attacks, you get to do 1 more dmg, which hardly mean anything and if you get interrupted within the 20 attacks, there's almost no difference

And yeah, you get also 5% energey regen, which doesn't seem to be huge these days with tea
