Dead by daylight did suddenly stop working again after an update for my gf.
You couldn't even start it, it just crashed and closed.
So my GF did send a ticket to the support.
They wanted the crash report, etc. so she send it.
Their solution was to basically ask her to install the game again and then hope it works.

It didn't, so she got to me asking if i can fix the game.
i found a forum post of people with the same issue, mentioning the new driver as the problem.
The game works ever since i downgraded the driver to a slightly older version.

In contrast, i did update my gpu driver regularly on intel, and never had compatibility problems.
