DigitalOcean says "Please note that if you did not receive this credit as expected, we kindly ask that you please login to your AMD developer control panel, linked here. After which, you should see an option that indicates "Active Cloud Credit" to continue to the redemption process.

In the event this does not resolve it, we kindly ask that you please reach out to [email protected] for further assistance." which i just did. But why display you would let me know within 2 days when i submited the request more than 2 weeks ago and no confirmation whatsoever if it was approved or denied??
